 There are always about 160 full time students out of whom 25% are pursuing their MBA at different partner schools in Great Britain, Australia, Mexico, Hong Kong, the USA, and Germany. At any given time there are just about 80 students on campus. The ratio of Germans to foreigners is always 1:1, which makes the learning experience more diverse, intellectually stimulating and exciting and also helps building future managers who are culturally sensitive and who can work in any industry in cross- cultural teams to suit the demands of an ever-growing global economy. IB students not only have an excellent academic backgrounds but also the right mix of innovation, creativity, motivation, talent and a passion to excel in their chosen fields. Just as the students, ESB Reutlingen also consists of people from around the world. All the school members have a business background gained through working in various companies. Through their experiences and knowledge, the faculty members seek to instigate in students the ability and desire to work wisely, creatively, and effectively to contribute to the business world and the betterment of humankind as a whole.
